Le Morne Plage Restaurant

Shaded under thatch and palm trees, Le Morne Plage restaurant is directly on the beach. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual, with the shimmering sea a stone’s throw away. Il Gusto Restaurant

Lined on one side by cool reflecting ponds and on the other by a spacious terrace stretching up to the pool, Il Gusto, an Italian restaurant with Tuscan influences, exudes understated elegance. A thatched terrace with bay windows offers views of the beach and sea.

Spa

Dinarobin’s Spa is the last word in lavish pampering in Mauritius so you can expect the ultimate indulgence experience. The luxury Spa is tucked away in lush vegetation at the foot of Le Morne Mountain, symbolising strength and balance.

The ambience of the Spa recaptures the mystery and serenity of Eastern cultures evoking spiritual renewal. Enter into a universe of sheer beauty and pure relaxation leaving worldly stress behind. All conscience of space and time fade away as you focus on the moment. All around you becomes peace, beauty and tranquility.
The Spa features a four-cabin area dedicated to Ayurvedic treatments which originate in India. The “dharapaathis”, tailor-made tables hewn from single pieces of wood, have been exclusively imported from India to give you the authentic experience. Providing a strong visual effect, a path of Japanese steps raised above a sleek reflecting pool leads guests to the area dedicated to water-based treatments, equipped with two balneotherapy rooms and two hydrotherapy rooms.

The Spa’s facilities also include six massage cabins, two outdoor massage cabins, two saunas, two hammams, a beautiful pool and a hair and beauty salon.

On the Spa menu, you will find treatments sourced around the globe to relax tense muscles or simply give your skin a healthy glow.

After your treatment, relax and enjoy some refreshments next to the slate-lined pool.

Paradis Golf Club

Dinarobin Hotel Golf & Spa shares all facilities with Paradis Hotel & Golf Club, its sister hotel located on the Morne Peninsula.
Guests have access to Paradis’ 18-hole Par 72 golf course, renowned as one of the best in Mauritius.

Shared facilities between the hotels allow guests residing at Dinarobin access to the Paradis Golf Academy which was designed with the assistance of French Pro Dominique Larretche.

Private coaching by professionals assists beginners and seasoned golfers to improve their technique, building on their strengths and pinpointing their weaknesses.

Personalised training and tailor-made coaching are devised to suit all categories of golfers using computer software coupled with video technology to track problems and iron them out.

Designed to be fun and entertaining, the “clinics” appeal to couples and families and are suitable for golfers of all levels.
Since Paradis has signed reciprocal agreements with two other golf courses located in the island’s southern region, guests at Dinarobin can also play at Golf du Château and at the Tamarina Golf Estate & Beach Club.

A colonial atmosphere pervades Golf du Château, set in the grounds of the authentic colonial Château de Bel-Ombre midst vast sugar cane fields. “Out of Africa” is reflected at Tamarina Golf Estate & Beach Club where the course meanders beside a steep riverine landscape with a towering mountain view.

The Club

Based on the worldwide concept of providing top clients with Executive Floors and VIP lounges, the “Club at Dinarobin” is a private club reserved to guests of Club Suites.

The atmosphere is typically British colonial, and the Club’s situation in a “Martello Tower”, bears testimony to Mauritius’ rich colonial past. The circular shape of the tower and thick walls in stone replicate the structures which hark back to the days of the British Empire when several were built as protection against enemies during Napoleonic wars.

An open-air area has been built at water level and a gorgeous roof-top thatched terrace has been added to complement the elegant setting.

Guests are personally welcomed to the Club by the professional concierge formally attired to provide an instant sense of privilege and exclusivity. Here they may enjoy the many privileges offered by Club membership from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Club Suites are equipped with Ipod-docks and Nespresso machines in their Suites.

Mini Club

Located near the resort’s public areas, Dinarobin’s mini-club is one of the very few in Mauritius to be located so close to the sea. It has rustic pole fencing and a private gateway for direct access to the beach.

Reserved for children aged 3 to 12, the mini-club is housed in a charming thatch-roofed pavilion. A small-scale soccer field and a large timber jungle gym with a slide are some of many attractions that will delight children.

Miniature tables and chairs have been arranged outside for open-air activities and alfresco meals. The mini-club’s interiors feature a large room with a range of indoor games to suit different tastes and age groups, a TV room with customized armchairs and separate toilets for boys and girls.

No effort was spared to create a world apart for children. As a parent, you can relax knowing that your kids have all the attention they deserve. The caring and qualified staff of the mini-club turns each day into a new adventure with a fun-packed programme that changes every day.
