The villa was constructed in 2006 and it provides all the necessary amenities to make your stay in Mauritius as pleasant and comfortable as possible. It provides a fully equipped American style kitchen, a dining and living area which opens directly to a veranda with swimming pool and garden view.
The master bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom and the 2 remaining bedrooms have a shared bathroom. There is also a shower room and separate toilet downstairs. The villa is fully furnished, including satellite TV, internet connection, DVD and audio system. Maid service, bicycles and BBQ is also provided to guests staying at the villa.

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is generally 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.

Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund
We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.
REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
