Ref 291 Villa has a traditional architecture and features an authentic Creole environment where life unfolds quietly around the fish landing station which gives to the property a unique character and a cosy atmosphere. The villa covers 150m² and it was built in mid 2006 with a 300m² garden surrounded by a wall made of old stones. Mango and Coconut trees surround the large Jacuzzi.

On the ground floor there’s a lounge with ceiling fans, dining area, an American plan kitchen, terrace with garden, flat screen TV, Canal-Sat, bathroom with Shower WC. On the first floor guests will find 1 air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, 1 air-conditioned bedroom with 2 single beds and the single beds can be joined as a double bed and 1 bathroom with shower, W.C, a lobby leading to both rooms, bathroom and to studio. On the first floor there’s also an air-conditioned suite with double bed, ceiling fan, bar fridge, kitchenette, telephone, en-suite bathroom with bathtubs, toilets, television and satellite channels.
