Ref 294 is a fully furnished villa ideally set in the peaceful coastal village of Trou aux Biches in the northern coast of Mauritius. This self-catering villa was built in 1995 and it is at 8 minutes walk from the beach of Trou aux Biches where snorkelling is very popular. The villa possesses a separate entrance to each storey and it makes the villa ideal to accommodate 2 families. The fully furnished ground floor section boasts 3 double bedrooms of which one includes en-suite separate bathroom and toilet, airy lounge, 6 seated dining room, and a spacious kitchen. The first floor has more or less the same facilities as the ground floor.

Both sections have an alarm installed and a lockable safe box to safely store your valuables for your peace of mind, although this exclusive area is very safe and quiet. The TV channels include all Local Mauritian channels as well as a French channel and BBC 24 hour news. Your stay in this Mauritian style villa will be most pleasant from the time of arrival where you will be greeted with juice and sandwiches.

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is generally 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.

6 week prior to guest´s arrival: 85% of paid amount is refunded
Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund
PEAK SEASON 1ST DECEMBER - 15TH JANUARY
Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
