Payment
You must make a deposit when confirming your booking. This is usually 20% of the total amount. Sometimes a higher deposit is required, if airlines or other service providers request full payment. This especially applies for airlines, and certain accommodations requiring higher advance deposits; this happens mostly during peak season.
If you are booking within 30 or less days of your visit, full payment will be due immediately.
Balances to be paid must reach our account no less than 30 days before your visit with us. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date.
For some group tours, an additional interim payment is required, of which you will be notified at the time of quotation.
Credit card payments incur a 2% surcharge.

6 week prior to guest´s arrival: 85% of paid amount is refunded
Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund
PEAK SEASON 1ST DECEMBER - 15TH JANUARY
Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund
We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.
REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
