In the South West of the island, at 400m altitude lays the village of Chamarel surrounded by the National Park of the Black River Gorges, a protected natural heritage site.

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is generally 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.
- Early check-in is considered to be as from 06h00
- Late check-out is considered to be before 18h00
Children policy:
An additional bed can be arranged at an extra payment of 30 Euros.
Children under six years of age can enjoy a complimentary stay in the parents' room.

Terms and conditions for credit facilities:
- All invoices should be payable 30 days before the end of the month.

Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund

More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund
We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.
REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
