Frederik and Virginie Desjardins

Mauritian born kite surfing fanatic, Frederick Desjardins is the manager of the lodges. He also lives on the premises - the perfect environment for the athletic and passionate nature lover who runs his own kite surfing school on the side. Having been a chef in five-star hotels for more than ten years, Frederick's cuisine is simple and authentic and he uses local products, some even from his own garden or orchard.

Being a thoroughly dedicated owner, Virginie knows every single detail of  the property's architecture and decoration, since she planned and designed it all. Nowadays she likes to spend most of her time embellishing the house and gardens. She still constantly works to perfect her dream of creating a peaceful haven for those in need of enjoyment and relaxation.
