This self catering complex is situated in the heart of Flic en Flac, a very popular beach resort area located on the West coast of Mauritius. Each unit is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, washing machine and all cooking utensils. All units are partly air conditioned, either in two bedrooms or one bedroom and the lounge area and all other rooms have fans. This complex is separated in two blocks and each block has its own swimming pool.

Facilities & Services

The rates include one hour housekeeping service from Mondays to Saturdays excluding public holidays. The complex has all the facilities required at nearby walking distances such as banks, supermarkets, pharmacy, night clubs, restaurants, casino, boutiques and much more. Without forgetting, that the beach is one of the most beautiful of our island, boasting a transparent blue lagoon with the most incredible and romantic sunset. Each complex has its own leisure facilities and 24hr security service. Parking spaces are available.

Late check-out policy:

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is general 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.

- Late check-out is considered to be before 18h00

Cancellation Policy:

NORMAL SEASONS
6 week prior to guest´s arrival: 85% of paid amount is refunded
Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund
PEAK SEASON 1ST DECEMBER - 15TH JANUARY
Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveller will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
