Ref 192 is a new residential complex built to accommodate tourists who wish to have more affordable, comfortable and well managed facilities. The property provides 10 studios on the ground floor and 12 two bedroom apartments on the first floor and they are all fully equipped with kitchenettes. The apartment is located only 30 metres from the famous Trou Aux Biches beach. All nearby facilities are equally within easy reach: Post Office, Medical care, Banks, Police. The bus stop is right in front of the complex for simple.

The studio has an area of 50m² and accommodates 2 adults. An extra cot may be added upon request. The studio has a fully equipped kitchenette, toilet and bathroom, a veranda opening on a 25 square meter private enclosed garden. The studio is air conditioned, also has a ceiling fan, TV featuring Mauritius and satellite channels, safe deposit, and household linen.

The complex has 6 apartments with a sea-view and 6 apartments overlooking sugar cane fields that extend towards the village and the mountain ranges. The apartment has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with attached bath, a comfortable lounge opening on a balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. All apartments have the TV featuring Mauritius and satellite channels, safe deposit and household linen.

Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
