Situated in Grand Gaube, in the north of the island, the self catering bungalows and studios of Ref. 203 are offering ample space and a tropical environment for guests seeking a tropical island holiday on a white sandy beach. The area is known for its warm and stable climate.

This accommodation offers eight self-catering bungalows situated in the North of Mauritius, directly on the beach near the village of Grand Gaube. They each have 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 altogether, are air-conditioned and provide a living room with dining area, a furnished and covered terrace, a bathroom with shower and a fully furnished kitchen. As a traditional Mauritian family, the host is well aware of what their visitors need and happy to provide them with the necessities for their Mauritian beach holiday. All bungalows have sea view and are surrounded by a tropical garden.

For couples or small families, Ref. 203 furthermore offers 3 studios, with one or two bedrooms. These are sea-facing too plus have a balcony with views over the Ocean and the northern isles.

Because guests are wanted to relax and fully enjoy their stay, a maid comes in daily to clean their accommodation.

Guests may hence enjoy a leisurely time at the swimming pool or go for one of the many ware sports activities provided by the staff. All "eco-friendly" activities are free of charge, even the windsurfing.

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is general14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.

More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
