The garden is maintained without chemical products and only natural fertilizers are used. The Management looks at ways to save energy and water. Thus, energy-saving light bulbs have been introduced and used wastewater for irrigation.

On the social side, we offer employment to people from the nearby villages.

Additionally, we are supporting various cultural and environmental projects around the island through our membership of AHRIM (hotels and restaurants in Mauritius).
