Ref. 170 is a self-catering accommodation which offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 Bedrooms apartments with sea view. The rooms have either sea view or beach front view. All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air-conditioning, LCD Television with satellite channels, music channels, DSTV (60 International English Channels) and provides en-suite bathrooms. The lounge and dining area are also equipped with ceiling fans and air-condition as well as DC and DVD player. IPOD Player, Wireless internet connection (WIFI), a nicely furnished and comfortable lounge, a fully equipped modern kitchenwith automatic ice and water dispenser, double Refrigerator/freezer; microwave oven, electric hob; dishwasher, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery for 6-10 covers are available at Ref. 170.

These accommodations provide First-aid Box, fire Extinguishers, complimentary toiletries and toilet paper on arrival, welcome meal on arrival (for reservations of a minimum of 5 nights), a team of trained cleaning and security staff, Weber (portable barbecue set), Outside dining-area for 4-8 people depending on size of apartment.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
