This property is in the final phase of construction, and recently our audit team effected a site visit and can confirm that Ref 408 will be ready as from the 1st of November 2011.
The complex consists of 5 blocks with 7 units each. The residential complex offers a swimming pool surrounded by a nice tropical garden and a splendid view (only Block A has sea view) over the Indian Ocean as from the balconies or terraces. The 4 remaining blocks are all set with a garden view which is laid out in such a way that the ground floor unit’s benefits from more privacy whilst relaxing in the garden.
A few meters away from your studio, the Mon Choisy Beach extends over kilometres of white sand and offers to the sauntering residents a perfect set for swimming, relaxation or sheer sun tanning under a tropical scorching sun. The casuarinas bordering this white stretch of fine powdery sand offer some respite during the hottest hours of the day.
At Ref 408, residents will be able to enjoy nearby facilities such as diving, sailing, fishing (deep-sea, inshore or simply angling). They might otherwise choose sea excursions or just swimming in the warm waters of the Indian Ocean. Others might want to have a horse ride along this magnificent beach.
