Holiday Rentals Beach Villa Black River - Ref. 169-5-10

The Premium Beach Villas of Black River, which is located in the warm west coast of Mauritius, comprises of 5 bedrooms with en suite bathroom. Three of them are part of the main building and two other parts are in separate annexes, namely "Faré” which consist of a non-air-conditioned wooden house and an air conditioned Bungalow.

The Villa is rented for up to 10 people with a daily maid service in the morning from 9:00 am. to 1:00 pm, from Monday to Saturday and the service is reduce to two hours per day on Sundays and public holidays. Babies up to the age of 2 years are free of charge, but are counted among the 10 maximum people that the villa can accommodate. A canoe can hold 10 people (including skipper) is available with a skipper, days of high tide, with Rs1000 (€ 25) per trip, payable directly to Denis, the head of the garden, and its skipper hours!

Annexes (faré and bungalows) are available respectively for a minimum of 6 and 8 persons, depending on the desired comfort (air conditioning or not), with additional payment per night if you are 6 people and less than 6 people. Guests must specify their choice when booking the accommodation. The use of rooms by more people than originally planned will lead to a readjustment of the rental contract termination. The maid will also prepare the breakfast and will give clients the opportunity to taste the Mauritian local cuisine for breakfast but the necessary ingredients must be provided by the guest. The preparation and service of dinner can be organized but it will be counted as overtime, but transport will have to be provided to pick her home and return her back.
