Ref. 161 Beach Villa is located directly on white sandy Point d'Esny Beach at the southeast coast of Mauritius and about one km from Blue Bay Marine Park. The lavishly furnished island style villa covers an area of 3000 square feet, offering a magnificent view over the turquoise and deep blue waters of the vast lagoon, and especially on Ile aux Aigrettes – a green islet protected by the Mauritian Wildlife Foundation. To the left, Lion Mountain and the Western coastal range offer an exotic and unforgettable panorama, the ideal setting for your paradise island vacation.

Ground Floor:

The ground floor consists of a very large American style combined kitchen and dining room for a capacity of ten persons. The open veranda offers a sea view facing Ile aux Aigrettes and is directly on the beachfront. The beach is partly rocky and extends for miles along a fine sandy white stretch.

Three bedrooms: 1 en suite with Television, A/C and king-size bed, which has sea view.
2 bedrooms with A/C (1 room with twin beds and 1 room with double bed)There is a separate toilet and shower for the 2 bedrooms

Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils including a dinner service, glassware and silverware for 12 persons, Fridge and freezer ,Gas cooker and oven, Sandwich maker & kettle, All bedrooms are air-conditioned, Television, Telephone for local calls only, One laundry area, Barbecue grill and a Mini bar (clients need to purchase their drinks).

ADDITIONAL FACILITIES/ SERVICES

Private Car Parking, The apartment is fully equipped with beach and bathroom towels, The towels and bed sheets are changed every three days (if it is not raining!!), Maid service included except on public holiday and Sundays. A supplement of a Rs 100 will be charged when washing extra dishes, plates.

For an extra fee:

A supplement of Rs. 300.00 daily will be charged if the maid is asked to cook or do the ironing.

Late check-out policy:

General check out time for most accommodation is at 11h00 or latest 12h00.

Extending the check out time until around 17h00 will generally cost half of the room price of a full night. Checking out after 17h00 generally means you pay the full price.

It is important to note what service the hotel offer in the “Late checkout” price. Some offer lunch for check out at 17h00, where as all hotels is to offer the choice of lunch or dinner for “Late checkout” after 17h00

Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
