Ref. 224 Private Beach Villa is located in front of a private white-sandy beach that faces a stunning blue lagoon. With its 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, the accommodation can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 additional children. King size or queen size beds are available. The property is furnished in Moroccan and Balinese style with a living area of 430m² including a beach terrace and a seafront tropical garden. The villa is under 24/7 security guards as well as indoor and outdoor motion-detection alarm system.

A heated swimming pool of 6m long and 3.5m wide with a jet-stream Jacuzzi is also available at the property. Boat excursions including speed-boats, sailing and deep-sea fishing can be arranged. The boats will pick up the guests on the shore, directly in front of the villa.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
