Late check-out policy:

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is general 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.

- Late check-out is considered to be before 18h00

Other Disclosures:

The management does not lend itself to children who need full-time supervision and those who can in their normal behaviour risk to upset the other guests. Yet, we would very much like to help our guests by accepting very young children who have not started to crawl or walk and the older ones who can respect the tranquility prevailing at guest house.

Cancellation Policy:

NORMAL SEASONS
6 week prior to guest´s arrival: 85% of paid amount is refunded
Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund
PEAK SEASON 1ST DECEMBER - 15TH JANUARY
Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
