Ref 173 villa is located at Péreybere in the north coast of Mauritius and 10 minutes from Pereybere or Grand Bay beach.

The beginning of December 2011, the owners of will open a “private beach club” in Trou aux Biches, exclusively for residents of the Ref 173 villas.

A shuttle will make the trip several times a day for a small fee.
