With its one to four bedrooms villas, this luxurious property is perfect for couples, families and friends holidays. Each villa provides a private plunge pool and a lush tropical garden. The villas are equipped with modern amenities and tastefully decorated with wooden furniture.
The units have occupancy for 2 to 8 persons within a surface area which varies from 96 to 335m². Each villa provides its own well equipped kitchen and all the necessary amenities, a living room with flat screen TV, a dining area, terrace with sun beds, a gazebo and bathroom with bathtub and shower. The rooms are set with either king size beds or twin beds.
As from the beginning of December 2011, a “private beach club” in Trou aux Biches will be exclusively available for residents of the villas. A shuttle will make the trip several times a day for a minimum amount.

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is general 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.
- Early check-in is considered to be as from 06h00
- Late check-out is considered to be before 18h00
Children policy:
Children are considered as persons, thus maximum number of person includes children.
For infant less than 2 years of age a baby cot can be provided free of charge.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
