Royal Sunset Hotel is a new and small charming luxurious hotel located in the heart of Grand Bay. The success of the Hotel, besides of its warm service and trendy atmosphere, lies in its convenient location in the heart of Grand Bay on the Northern part of Mauritius. Grand Bay is a well animated tourist village and surely the perfect spot for water activities. It is also famous for its lively nightlife and the possibility to taste a wide variety of Mauritian and International gastronomy. Restaurants, bars, boutiques, shops, supermarkets, shopping centres are in very close vicinity.

Facilities & Services

The Royal Sunset Restaurant is situated on the first floor where you can enjoy the “Royal Sunset” leaving sight to make room for the moon, lying on its back, to rise! The management permit you to bring your own alcoholic drinks without further charge as it does not cordon or sell alcoholic beverages. Its restaurant and gastronomy is based “Bio” health food recipes.

The Hotel is only 5 minutes away on foot from the activities and nightlife of Grand Bay, and 5 minutes by car is Péreybère beach, one of the most popular and frequented beach of the island. The north coast of Mauritius is famous for its exceptionally mild climate and sun all the year round.

Close to the Royal Sunset Hotel, you will find banks, supermarkets, drugstores, craft and textile shops, bus stops and low to high budget restaurants specialized in Creole, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Japanese food.

For all the accommodation, the check-in time is general 14:00 (2 pm local time), and check-out time is 11:00 (11 am local time). Guests can ask for early arrival or late departure. Generally, charges apply equivalent to 50% of the normal rate for one night.

6 week prior to guest´s arrival: 85% of paid amount is refunded
Less than 6 weeks and no show: 100% of stay hence no refund
PEAK SEASON 1ST DECEMBER - 15TH JANUARY
Less than 2 months - 100% of stay hence no refund.
More than 2 months 50% of stay hence 50% refund
More than 3 months 75% of stay hence 75% refund
More than 4 months 85% of stay hence 85% refund

We recommend that you take our insurance policy, at the time of booking, in case of cancellation; the traveler will be covered subject to booking conditions outlined therein.

REFUND POLICY:
Any refund is effected 30 days end of month from date of approved refund from our accounting department.
