Water is treated in own water plant and recycled, staff is instructed about saving energy and water on a regular basis, in-house trainer provides regular training and coaching of staff, jobs are advertised in-hous e and in the region, medical insurance is a part of the working contract. There is an Employee Welfare Committee, regular donations to charity institutions, guests are provided with a list of local museums, arts exhibitions and cultural sites/attractions; local festivals etc. Furthermore, the resort makes it a point to use local produce from farmers and the market, and supports local craftsmanship by offering locally made beach bags to their guests.
