The resort offered excellent service, food was great everymeal. Will go there again, definately the most value for money in Flic en Flac. We would know we had family staying at every resort along the stretch in Flic en Flac. 5 Star for 3 Star price!!

The Sands was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to Mauritius. I will return to the same hotel.

just a wonderful hotel. Do not want to leave. As the house took care of us. We will definitely return to this hotel next time

The place offers a wonderful opportunity to spend relaxing days in nature. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and quiet. The staff was very nice, kind and welcoming. They served us wonderful food and asked for our special diets. The opportunity to hike and get some relaxing massages is great. We were very happy during our seven days in Andrea lodge. Thank you.

I must admit, we had a wonderful stay at Andrea. We had planned to stay for one night but ended staying for 2 simply because the stunning views that Andrea offers of the cliffs, the absolute peaceful atmosphere that reigns there which makes one feel cut off from the rest of the rest of the world, as well as the very warm hearted people who are always there with a smile and ready to accommodate your small requests. My remarks on all the areas above are as follows: Cleanliness (room: Licorne):= 1. The curtains were quite dirty 2. The ceiling fan, unless necessary (as there is already AC) could be removed as it has accumulated fungus on the rotor. As it is still functioning, if someone switches it on my mistake, all the fungus will be scattered on the wall. 3. The bulb in the Shower is burnt out. Checkin/welcome: 1. We had to wait for at least 30mins to get checked. We understand that there was quite a number of visitors which had required full mobilisation of the staff. Service: 1. The chef made my day. The dinner on the first night was excellent. We were a bit skepticle about it before coming as our last dinner (1year back) was not good at all. The dinner on the second night was equally mind blowing as following my conversation with the chef during breakfast, i had given my wish list and that was realised beyond expectations. Bravo! Charm/Experience: Wonderful as usual. I believe a few Hammoks in the garden would be of great benefit for the residents willing to tuck into one of those for a nap during the day. Overall impression: Happy+

I love the hotel style and the locality - very friendly

Room was smaller than expected and not maintained very well. (moldy tile, cracked window). The hotel staff spoke limited English and provided poor advice, hard to take advantage of water sports, activities weren't published well.

We enjoyed a week at Constance Belle Mare. Everything was fine except : the service in the Citronelle, it seems that the staff had ADD. Same situation at the beach. Other restaurants at the hotel were all outstanding in food (delicious) inventive and the service a table excellent. The sommeliers at the Deer Hunter and Blue Penny were excellent. Specially the young Nash in Spiaggia. At the main bar we got the best mixed drinks ever from the outstanding French Barman. Overall all was very good but the overall service was not 5 star standard.

The food was terrible, mass produced and seafood was off. we got sick. the indian veg was decent. i ordered a saddle of rack of lamb at the beach resteraunt ala carte and got NYE leg roast chopped up. the drinks were not up to scratch either, cheapest alcohol was used. more ice than drink. waiters were not friendly at all.
