I must admit i was really amazed by the high level of professionalism shown in the service provided by the agent as she was even able to trace back details of my previous stay within minutes.

The only suggestion i would like to make is about the caller ID "Unknown Number" which is displayed when receiving calls from the agent as it is difficult to guess who is calling. Professionals like us rarely attend "Unknown Number".

Easy to book and quick respond on the questions before arrival.
I was suprised that there was so much follow up including this request to give feedback.

If you want to do better you should make promote your activities more. I was supprised that we could do hiking and absaling in Mauritius.

I got some difficulties on loading the voucher. It took me some times to understand that the problem comes from the browser. The voucher can't be loaded from a Safari Browser. Please note about it. Thanks

Thanks so much your driver were amazing unfortunately we could not use you again as we had our own car first week at Le Beach Club and then we moved over to other accommodation where all had been organised, as we were there on a golf challenge.
